Some Custom Sub-Objects don't show the '+' or 'Create' buttons for users that have the proper access rights to create records.

Issue/Introduction

For some Custom SubObjects to Investment Object, we are not able to Add New Row via Modern UX.
The + symbol (quick create) appears but immediately goes away; this functionality was working fine before the upgrading from 16.0.3 to 16.1.3.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login as 'admin' who has full rights with global access to create records for all sub-objects in the system 
2. Update the Project Blueprint to include all related sub-objects (both direct Project Sub-Objects and Common Investment Sub-Objects) 
3. Open the Project with these Blueprint modules
4. Navigate to each of the Sub-Object Modules and look for the '+' or 'Create' buttons 
5. Some of the Sub-Object Modules show the buttons and some do not 

Expected Results: All Sub-Object Modules show the buttons as expected for the user with the proper access rights. 

Actual Results: Not all Sub-Object Modules show the buttons.

Resolution

DE78676 is fixed in v16.2.1

There is a script available as a workaround, for that reach out to Broadcom Support.
