Top Secret SNAME does not Delete when the Acid is Deleted

Issue/Introduction

When deleting an acid in Top Secret the SNAME does not delete.
If one tries to reuse the SNAME they will receive a message that the SNAME already exists.

Resolution

The SNAME needs to be deleted before the acid is deleted.
