"Resource Not Found" error in DevTest IAM UI after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

When trying to open the IAM UI with https://<IAM hostname>:51111 the following error is shown:
Resource Not Found

Environment

DevTest 10.7.2 and later

Resolution

For DevTest 10.7.2 and later use https://<IAM hostname>:51111/auth
