This kb-article aims to provide the steps to collect the Access-log debug logs.
To enable and collect the Access-log debug logs open the management console and navigate to Dashboards - Advance URLs - Access Log and click Enable Access-Log debugging.
In the new window click on "Enable log", then "Add mask" and select 'debug' or any option requested by support. Then click "submit".
When the issue has been reproduced, refresh the page, copy the output as a text file, and upload it to the case.
Finally, set the 'debug mask' to 'none' and disable the Access-log debugging.
