Issue/Introduction

After following the steps to generate a booklet report ( https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/business-management/clarity-business-service-insight/8-3-5/service-level-insight/reports/create-a-booklet.html) when trying to generate a Booklet Report there is an error saying:

"An internal error has occurred" and the t_log table shows the following

<errors><error><coding_context /><info>Could not find file 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Oblicore\SessionData\<Session_number>\result.rtf'.;Inner exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Oblicore\SessionData\<Session_number>\result.rtf'.

Kindly raise a case with support and request for fix 8.3.5.5.1.1-ReportsScheduler.zip.
