Group based on User Tag 1 or 2 is not showing all devices in inventory

Issue/Introduction

I created a group in UIM that would add devices by user tag 1 or user tag 2. It is not listing the devices correctly under the group

Environment

Version: 20.4 CU8
Component: Operator Console inventory

Resolution

This is resolved in CU10.
