Issue/Introduction

Configuring existing Spectrum Connector to report to the new SOI Manager on new Windows 2019 server

Environment

SOI 4.2

Resolution

1) Stop the CA SOI Event Management and CA SOI Integration Services 

2) Edit \soi\resources\configurations\SSA_IFW_*.xml

Search and change the old SOI Manager hostname in any fields to the new SOI Manager hostname.

3) Start  the CA SOI Event Management and CA SOI Integration Services
