The Lookup Attributes incident action will not run after selecting incidents with the "Select All" button

Issue/Introduction

In the DLP Enforce Console on any incident list page you cannot run the "Lookup Attributes" incident action after having selected all incidents with the "Select All" option. The "Lookup Attributes" incident action will not run and there will be no green banner confirmation message to confirm the action.

Environment

DLP Enforce version 16 RU1 (16.0.10000.60631)

Cause

This has been identified by engineering as a defect.

Resolution

Public DLP Windows and Linux Server Hotfix 16.0.10004.60103 was released on Friday January 12, 2024 to fix this issue and is currently available in the Broadcom Support Portal for download.
