Deleting a Task with matching ID with a Project deletes the Project Conversations

Issue/Introduction

If there is a task ID that is the same as a project ID and the task is deleted, all the conversations from the project are deleted.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Identify a project that has the same internal ID as a task on another project (e.g.: Project 1 ID = 5000001, Task ID = 5000001 in another Project with ID = 5000002).
2. Add Conversations to the Project with the matching ID (5000001).
3. Delete the Task from the other Project (5000002).

Expected Results: No impact on conversations.

Actual Results: All Conversations from the Project 5000001 are deleted.
