Rally users are reporting no query results when trying to select Features for a specific Release on the Portfolio items page

Issue/Introduction

When trying to query (use advanced filters) for a specific Release on the Portfolio Items page, no results are found. 

When setting the filters to  Release != Unscheduled results are found

Resolution

The Release Start date for one project was out of line with all the other projects.

Once the Release Start date was updated the query returned the expected results.
