DB Load is failing: ORA-01465: invalid hex number

Issue/Introduction

The DB Load is failing when upgrading the AE database from v12.x to v21.x.

Error message in the log:

U00003590 UCUDB - DB error: 'OCIStmtExecute', 'ERROR   ', '', 'ORA-01465: invalid hex number'
U00003531 UCUDB: Error while checking data source (e.g. code conversion or driver problem, see log file).
U00003594 UCUDB Ret: '3590' opcode: 'OPEN' SQL Stmnt: ''
U00003590 UCUDB - DB error: 'OCIStmtExecute', 'ERROR   ', '', 'ORA-01465: invalid hex number'
U00003590 UCUDB - DB error: 'OCIStmtExecute', 'ERROR   ', '', 'ORA-01465: invalid hex number'

 

Additional information:

The target database was replicated from another AE database.

Environment

Cause

The table UC_VERSI table is missing in the replicated database.

Resolution

Please ask the DBA to restore the database again and make sure the table UC_VERSI is present.
