User Tags not updating in Operator Console in 20.4 CU8

Issue/Introduction

• User_Tag1 and User_Tag2 are no longer being updated in the Operator Console.
• Tags are set for each robot in the robot.cfg.
• The expected behavior is that after updating the Tags on the robot, the change is reflected in the Operator Console.
• We have a few Dynamic Groups that are relying on the Tags.

Environment

• DX UIM/Operator Console 20.4 CU8

Cause

• wasp and nis_server defects

Resolution

Three hotfixes were applied to resolve this issue.
