SOI - acknowledging or un-acknowledging alerts action is not synced to SOI/SPECTRUM

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the SOI to CU5, synchronization of acknowledge actions in SOI / Spectrum does not work as expected, for example:

Acknowledge SOI -> Acknowledge in Spectrum -> Unacknowledge in Spectrum -> still acknowledged in SOI 

The same may be true for the opposite direction.

Cause

There were changes done in CU5, and the com.ca.sam.client.alarm.auto.sync_isacknowledged default's value in CU5 is set to "no".

Resolution

Enable the following parameter in the SOI configuration file: 

CA\tomcat\lib\isacknowledged-sync.properties

# Enable IsAcknowledged southboundbound sync with spectrum
com.ca.sam.client.alarm.auto.sync_isacknowledged=yes
