Issue/Introduction

Configure session idle session timeout in Identity Governance (IG).

Environment

Identity Governance 14.4.x

Resolution

To configure session idle session timeout using IG Management Console, login as AD1\EAdmin user and go to Administration >> Settings >> Property Settings and add session.timeout.minutes property (click the [Add New] button at the bottom) and set the value. By default, the property does not exist in the system.

A change in the session timeout value will be applicable to all the newly created user sessions. You may want to restart IG to reflect the setting immediately.
