20.4 CU9 Historical alarms in groups not be displayed

Issue/Introduction

In UIM 20.4.CU9 when we choose a "Group' (static/dynamic) followed by selecting the alarms tab, it works fine

However, when we try to open the ''Show historical" the following message is displayed: "Error retrieving alarms". Selecting another group displayed a blank page.

If we choose only a host/device in inventory, historical alarms are displayed without issue.

This is a known issue under CU9, the fix will be available in the 23.4 release.

The 23.4 will be released by the end of December 2023.
