This document describes how to modify email disclaimers for Email Security.

Cause
Instructions on modifying email disclaimers for Email Security.
Resolution
You can edit the name and the email disclaimer text and groups that are applied to an existing disclaimer.
Your existing email disclaimers are listed on the Services > Email Services > Email Disclaimers > Current Disclaimers tab. In order to see the details of a disclaimer, click the name of the disclaimer.
To modify an email disclaimer please do the following:
1. On the Services > Email Services > Email Disclaimers > Current Disclaimers tab, locate the disclaimer to view, and click on its name.
The details of the disclaimer are displayed.
2. Edit the details as required.
3. Click Save changes.
