Issue/Introduction

After deploying MQ services in the VSE the service gets stopped automatically.
The vse.log shows:
no inbound request found
java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key MQJE001b

Cause

If the com.ibm.mq.jar is from IBM MQ version 6, then mqii.properties in the jar does not have an entry for MQJE001b

Resolution

Replace the IBM MQ jars with the ones from MQ version 9
com.ibm.mq.jar from MQ version 9 has the following entry in mqii.properties:
MQJE001b=MQJE001
