Issue/Introduction

Missing qualifier for Repository and Work Tables for Dependent Relates when generating Native SQL Stored Procedures.

SYMPTOMS:
The Build/Generate RRSP job may fail with a "not found" warning
message for the tables that do not have a qualifier.
SQLWARNING ON CREATE    COMMAND, EXECUTE   FUNCTION RESULT OF SQL STATEMENT:
DSNT404I SQLCODE = 204, WARNING:  'repowner'.PRMXML_AI IS AN UNDEFINED NAME
DSNT404I SQLCODE = 204, WARNING:  'repowner'.DBX_IMS_OPR_ZOS IS AN UNDEFINED NAME
 
IMPACT:
The Build/Generate RRSP may generate stored procedures
incorrectly, and the XML scan/load process may load data
incorrectly to the Repository.
