TenantFilter processing failed or Unable to read flowState details

Issue/Introduction

SiteMinder and VIP AuthHub integration flow failed with the following message in Factor pod's log.

  << TenantFilter processing failed >>.  Unable to read flowState details.

Environment

VIP AuthHub 2.1.5
Siteminder 12.8; Update: 07.00; Build: 2947; CR: 00;

Cause

Hazelcast pod cluster has experienced split-brain condition and doesn't provide flowStateId data

Resolution

To remedy this situation, change replicas to 1 in the Hazelcast StatefulSet manifest yaml.

After this change, please verify if the problem is resolved.

Once verified, change back replica to 3 and again verify if the problem is resolved.
