Does network monitor support ERSPAN?

Resolution

Network Monitor does NOT support ERSPAN.  Network monitor does not support encapsulation traffic.  What Network Monitor does is look within the packet to see if it can see GRE or TCP, after this it looks into this and looks for protocol type and its expecting to see GRE/TCP/UDP.
