Issue/Introduction

The Broadcom Service Status provides transparency around service availability and performance for Broadcom software products.

ConnectAll SaaS  service notifications have been transitioned to Broadcom Service Status. 

All future communications regarding your ConnectALL SaaS  environment will come from the Broadcom Service Status page. In order to continue to receive these notifications, follow the steps listed in the Resolution section of this article.

Resolution

    1. Navigate to Broadcom Service Status
    2. Click on the tile ConnectAll SaaS
      •  
    3. Click on plus sign next to the region where your environment is deployed. For example United States
    4. Click on the bell icon next to the group ID on which your environment is housed. For example ConnectALL-Production-US1-001
    5. Click on the "Subscribe" button on the top right of the page to complete the subscription process.
