Roadmap Item Capacity does not match Project Allocation if resource calendar is modified

Issue/Introduction

Capacity in per Period metrics in Roadmaps after syncing will not match if a resource has their resource calendar edited. Capacity will only match projects with resources and unaltered calendar

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a project covering Jan 17-Dec 17
2. Add 3 Labor resources as staff (make sure they are 100% allocated)
3. Run Time Slicing and Update Investment Allocation jobs
4. Create a roadmap covering the project range, add Capacity per period metrics per Month
5. Link roadmap to the same project
6. Sync all attributes (default)
7. Check the MUX - Project Grid Per Period metrics for Allocation, note they match
8. Go to Classic - Home - Resource - filter for any of that project resources
9. Open the Calendar tab
10. Go to a month which falls in the project duration and add 5 non workdays in February 2023
11. Flush the caches
12. Run Time Slicing and Investment Allocation
13. Sync the Roadmap
14. Refresh the pages : Roadmap Items and Project Grid

Expected Results: The numbers in Roadmap Item for Capacity to match the Project Allocation numbers

Actual Results: Multiple months on the Roadmap are now mismatched capacity. Total allocation value matches the total capacity. The Roadmap Sync Job should be using the same logic as Update Investment Allocation and Usage job
