UIM - updating the probe's package in archive gets stuck at 0% in admin console

Issue/Introduction

When you try to update the package in the admin console's archive, the progress bar gets stuck at 0%

 

Environment

UIM 20.4.x and later 

Admin console 

Cause

Invalid/expired credentials are in use 

Resolution

Please update the credentials by clicking "actions" in the top-right corner of the admin console archive view, and then click "enter credentials". (use the broadcom credentials)
