PRFWY* Packages using the QMF Database DSQDBCTL

Issue/Introduction

Decommissioning an old database DSQDBCTL which seems to belong to QMF. Stopped the database to ensure it's not being used by anything.

While applying the latest ptfs for PRF(Report Facility) and running the bind jobs,the binds for some packages are failing because they are dependent on this database.

Resolution

Once the database DSQDBCTL is actually dropped from the DB2 Subsystem then this will problem will no longer be an issue.
