Can CA7 integrate with ServiceNow for auto ticket creation for the CA7 job failures?
CA 7 does not have a direct interface with ServiceNow for creating problem tickets. ServiceNow has a way to create incident tickets via email, and then use the CA 7 email facility to generate tickets for failed jobs. But you must first implement this on the ServiceNow side.
