Issue/Introduction

Unable to open probe GUI

Cause

IM installed on Window 2019

Resolution

Please do the below:

1. Deploy the following packages to the system where IM is to be installed:

     **vs2017_vcredist_x86

     **vs2017_vcredist_x64

2. Uninstall Nimsoft Infrastructure Manager from Windows Control panel> Programs
3. Uninstall the SOAP-runtime-TK3 from Windows Programs
4. Restart the system
5. Login with local administrator rights
6. Right-click the IM installer binary and choose 'Run as administrator' to install

if that doesn't help, please have your Windows admin to install FRxReg.exe, based on the Microsoft recommendations  Error message when you start Microsoft FRx: "Run-Time Error -2147024770(8007007E) - Automation Error. Specified Module Could Not be Found."
