Issue/Introduction

Enhance UA's Query URL: Unable to parse datetime from the payload

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create any UA.
2. Create automation to sync the artifacts from UA Adapter.
3. Modify UA under the Universal Adapter Menu
4. On the API Configuration menu, click on Test API Configuration icon
5. select the date range and click on Test Config button.

Expected Results: Test should return results without any issues

Actual Results: You get error-  {"errors":K"msg":"Date \u00272023-01-14T23:43:26 0105\u0027 cannot be parsed as either a date or date+time"}]}
