Issue/Introduction

For MS-SQL with Windows Authentication, the tables are not getting created in the insights database

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Run ConnectALL 2.11.2.1 installer to install Insights with MSSQL Database.
  2. Follow the prompt to complete the installation/Upgrade.

Expected Results: Insights schema should get created without any issues.

Actual Results: The Installer runs fine with no error but the schema tables are not created.
