Private Comments from Jira should be skipped during syncing to security incidents in ServiceNow 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to ConnectALL UI.
2. Create an application link between Jira Incident and ServiceNow Security Incidents.
3. Load default mapping with the comments mappings as there are no Additional Comments for Security Incidents.  
4. Can't do the Comment Visibility mappings as it's not available and can't even import the CSV file.

Expected Results: Private Comments from Jira should be skipped to ServiceNow.

Actual Results: As we can't do the comment visibility mappings, all the comments are syncing.
