Issue/Introduction

Core service won't start after the upgrade from the 2.11.2.5 to the 3.1.0.1 version.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Upgrade ConnectAll from the 2.11.2.5 version to the 3.1.0.1 version.
2. Start the UI service and Validate UI is accessible.
3. Try to start the Core service

Expected Results: You should be able to start Core service.

Actual Results: Core service won't start and logs throw below error.
_{org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://camel.apache.org/schema/spring/camel-spring-3.20.4.xsd', because 1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not <xsd:schema>.}
