All automations got disabled after upgrade of ConnectALL

Issue/Introduction

After the upgrade from ConnectALL 2.10.x version to 2.11.2.5 version, the automations were disabled.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Upgrade from 2.10.x to 2.11.2.5
2. Start Mule and Tomcat service.
3. Trigger automation and see if it disables them due to a license issue caused by different server IDs in the JSON files.

Expected Results: Upgrade should not cause issues with server_ids to be new for old and new automation.

Actual Results: The upgrade had no issues but it caused a license issue resulting in the automation getting disabled.
