Insights Tables Were Not Created in MS-SQL version 2012

Issue/Introduction

While upgrading to ConnectALL 2.11 an issue was discovered where the Insights tables were not created in MSSQL 2012.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Run the ConnectALL 2.11 installer and select the Upgrade option.
2. Select Insights components.
3. Follow the prompts and complete the upgrade.

Expected Results: Insights database and required tables should be created by the installer.

Actual Results: The Installer runs fine with no error. Insights database is created but no tables are created under it.
