Issue/Introduction

Records are failing to sync from Jira to ADO due to "General Exception Occurred during the processing for the record XXXX-###"

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to ConnectALL UI.
2. Create automation between Jira and Azure DevOps.
3. Try to sync the records.

Expected Results: Records should sync fine.

Actual Results: Many records fail with General Exception- Below error can be found in the logs.

connectAll.queue.receiver.06] com.go2group.util.Utility: Exception(Message:null)
org.json.JSONException: JSONArray[0] not found.
