If the MICS 14.2 levelsets is applied, then apply the MQ 9.2 + 9.3 toleration PTFs which are:

MQS6697 - Toleration support for IBM MQ Version 9.2

MQS6703 - Toleration Support for IBM MQ Version 9.3
