Issue/Introduction

Having updated the mapdb the GUI will not come up.

Seeing this message in the log :

 log4j:ERROR setFile(null,true) call failed.
 java.io.FileNotFoundException: /cai/cem_runtime/cai/logs/PolicyAdmin.log (EDC5129I No such file or directory.)


Brought down all the tasks, updated the mapdb file, and brought the tasks back up. There was no  change to the USS directories or anything in the CFGLIB. The issue is CEMETOM can't find the cemreport.log. 

Resolution

Potentially this is a timeout issue with the GUI. Restarting/Closing the browser can resolve issues like this.
