Issue/Introduction
For the DLP Agent to be able to decrypt and inspect MIP encrypted documents and emails, the agent configuration will need to be updated.
Resolution
In the Agent Configuration go to: System > Agents > Agent Configuration
Select the Agent Configuration for which you want to enable MIP decryption:
In the agent configuration go to “Settings”:
Go to “Microsoft Information Protection”:
Check the box to enable:
Save the update to the Agent Configuration, remember to apply the configuration to the Agent Groups.
