How to prevent automatic searching in user search screen on Identity Portal

Issue/Introduction

When using the user selector option for a field on a form, is there a way to prevent it from executing an auto search attempting to look for a user?

 

Cause

The 'automatic search' refers to the DEFINED search configured in the search form's Edit Search configuration page.

Resolution

The DEFINED (or automatic) search can be deleted using the trash can icon to the right in the Edit Search configuration screen.
