Localization - Badge is not shown for the chart widgets

Issue/Introduction

Non-English users don't see the badge for Chart Widgets. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login as an administrator user 
2. Navigate to Project canvas tab and create 2 chart widgets  
3. Ensure that the badge is shown as expected for the chart widgets  
4. Now update the user localization to some other language (French/Japanese)  
5. Go to the Project Canvas page and observe the widgets - look for badges  

Expected Results: Badge is shown correctly for the widgets for different users even with different locals/localizations with Shared views.

Actual Results: The badges for the Charts are not shown. 

Workaround: None.
