Error in uploading files in Identity Portal forms

Issue/Introduction

While trying to upload file to Identity Portal form error is visible:

There seems to be a problem uploading the file. Check uploaded file size or server connectivity and try again.

If error is checked error is visible:

ERROR [com.idmlogic.sigma.workers.utils.ExceptionsHelper] (default task-xxx) : java.io.IOException: Failed to delete original file '<path of tmp file>' after copy to '<path>'

If you go to <path of tmp file> and try to delete file there, system will show error about file being in use by Java.

Environment

Identity Portal 14.4 CP 2 on Wildfly 15

Identity Portal 14.5 on Wildfly 15.
