Can we delete AIOPs (APM+DOI+AXA) on prem environment tenant

Resolution
In on prem there is no full tenant deletion. In UI we have a "deactivate" button and tenants are deactivated. It will not be shown in UI, but stay in DB (so that name can't be reused).
