Issue/Introduction

OPSBCPII task ended with SDC4 abend

Cause

Multiple tasks in contention when accessing storage related to processing commands.

Resolution

1) Check if you have applied PTF LU05358

2)Check if tracing is ON .Tracing is very intensive and should not be active unless Broadcom support request it be turned on for diagnostic purposes.To turn tracing off, remove the following command from the OPIICMDS member:

"SET.OPSS TRACE(ON) SETTRACE(ALL)".

You can also dynamically set the tracing OFF by following command

"F OPSBCPII,SET.OPSS TRACE(OFF)"
