Gap in "Uptime(%)" metric after upgrading APM ASMMonitor from 21.7.0.25 to 2023.6.1.5

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading APM ASMMonitor from 21.7.0.25 to 2023.6.1.5 we noticed that the ASMMonitor reports 0% between polls instead of 100%

This change of behavior is creating false positive alerts in the ASM monitor availability.

Below an example:

When using ASMMonitor 2023.6.1.5 : metric gaps

When using previous ASMMonitor 21.7.0.25  => No gaps

Environment

APM ASMMonitor 2023.6.1.5 

Cause

The problem is related to defect # DE581151

Resolution

-No Workaround

-Will be fixed in next ASMMonitor release: 2023.12
