APM SAAS - SpectrumDataPublisher doesn't not contain the version

Issue/Introduction

Received  the following error after configuring the SpectrumDataPublisher.

 ERROR [ConnectionValidator] [validateAll] - /opt/SpectrumDataPublisher/history.txt does not contain the version

and the history file is empty 

Environment

java-11-openjdk-1:11.0.21.0.9-2.el8.x86_64

Linux 

Spectrum version : 22.2.8.000

Cause

This  is java issue .

Resolution

"java -Djdk.util.zip.disableZip64ExtraFieldValidation=true -jar  SpectrumDataPublisher.jar"

Command help to resolve the installation issue .
