Data Insight Active Directory Lookup Plugin Failed

Issue/Introduction

Attempts to perform Active Directory lookup using the Data Insight plugin results in the following red banner error.

Custom Attribute Lookup Failed

The errors in the Enforce server localhost log show the following.

SEVERE [com.vontu.manager.incident.operation.LookupCustomAttributes] Unable to retrieve info from Data Insight

WARNING [com.vontu.matrixcommunication.lookupinvocation.FilePathInfoRequestHandler] Problem executing request

WARNING [org.apache.http.client.protocol.ResponseProcessCookies] Invalid cookie header: "Set-Cookie: MATRIX_AUTH=<content>; Max-Age=1800; Expires=<Day, Timestamp> GMT; Secure; HttpOnly". Invalid 'expires' attribute: <Day, Timestamp> GMT

Environment

Data Loss Prevention 16.0.x

Data Insight 6.5

Cause

There is a known defect in DataInsight version 6.5.

 

Resolution

Upgrade DataInsight to 6.6.

Additional Information

For this reason, the DLP System Requirements documentation skips support for 6.5.
