Issue/Introduction

Per the PIM documentation, a separate Java install is required for PIM endpoints running on s390x Linux. Can that Java be upgraded to newer versions or does it have to stay at a particular version?

Environment

Privileged Identity Manager 12.8 SP1

Resolution

As of PIM build 12.81.0.4116 (6/17/2021), the endpoint includes its own JDK for Java-related services. An external Java install is no longer required for newer endpoints, please upgrade to the newest build to take advantage of this functionality.

Additional Information
