Is there a way to Disable the Alerts Tab in DLP 16.0.x or 16.0.1 Enforce Console?

Issue/Introduction

There maybe a security requirement not to have Symantec DLP Enforce connected to the internet or would like to have it disabled/made invisible so that Incident Responders are not confused.

Environment

16.0.x 16.0.1

Cause

There is no way to disable it currently, but DLP Product Management is considering some improvements in a future release(s) of DLP (including but not limited to):

1. Rename DLP Alerts to DLP News 
2. Fold the page under the System menu
3. Tie it to the Server Administration privilege
