Issue/Introduction

APMIA agent redis extension connecting to a Redis Cluster with TLS enabled. We provided host name, port, password, tls trust store with password and valid CA certification, but agent is still not connecting and showing error:

Exception occurred while connecting Redis instance.

Cause

invalid X509 CA certificate

Resolution

Once valid CA certificate is used, the agent is able to connect.
