RDP sessions limited to two concurrent users in CA PAM

Issue/Introduction

A Window server with RDP roles roles, including a license server has been provisioned so that it can be accessed by more than one user using a RDP service in PAM

However, once two users are connected from PAM, and despite the license server, the second user connected is kicked out 

Environment

CA PAM All versions

Cause

This may happen if in the RDP service definition, the line for calling mstsc contains the /admin switch.

Resolution

So in the RDP service definition in PAM specify

C:\[path]\mstsc.exe [options]/v:<Local IP>:<First Port>

but not the /admin flag
