After upgrading APM EM to 10.8, Agents are reporting "[IntroscopeAgent.BizTrxDef] Error occurred and could not register Business Definitions"

Issue/Introduction
After an upgrade of apm servers to 10.8 we've spotted error on one of monitored app servers:
[IntroscopeAgent.BizTrxDef] Error occurred and could not register Business Definitions
Environment
APM EM 10.8
APM Agents 9.x, 10.1 to 10.7
Cause
An incompatibility issue: the message comes from BizTrxDef agent extension that is available in all pre-10.8 agents. BizTrxDef is used by the CEM feature however starting from APM 10.8, this feature has been removed hence the reported error.
Resolution
Upgrade the Agents to:
a) Agents that comes with AP 10.8
b) Agents available from SaaS APM : to obtain a copy, contact Broadcom Support
