Custom Investment Staff API missing in API Documentation

Issue/Introduction

The API Documentation URL page does not contain documentation for the Custom Investment Staff API.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Navigate to API Documentation URL page.
2. Expand 'Other Resource' and try to find the Staff APIs for a Custom Investment (https://example.com/ppm/rest/v1/custInv/5000001/teams)
Expected Results: Unlike Projects, Custom Investment does not have documentation for the Staff module APIs.
Actual Results: Like Projects, Custom Investment has documentation for the Staff module APIs.
